Refund policy

At Form8, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit on eligible returns.

Eligibility:

    •    Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

    •    All original tags must be attached.

    •    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return:

    1.    Contact us at Info@form8.net to request a return.

    2.    Include your order number and reason for the return.

    3.    Once approved, send the items back in their original condition.

Store Credit:

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit to your Form8 account once we receive and inspect your items. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

    •    Worn, washed, or altered items

    •    Final sale or clearance items
